PRICING
 
All prices are in pounds sterling and inc of VAT @ 20%.

Unfortunately we do not accept cheques or cash through the post.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee. Our guarantee is based on the item being returned at your own cost (exl defective items), your refund will be made within 30 days of our receipt of the item.

We reserve the right to deduct the delivery charge before making the refund.

GUARANTEE
 
All our products are covered by 12 months guarantee against manufacturers defects from the date of purchase. Any warranty item will be replaced or repaired following inspection and any carriage costs will be met after this.

RETURNS
 
Any goods which are found to be faulty or considered unsatisfactory or not fit for purpose. Please call 01527 60047 in the first instance. No goods will be received for warranty without prior arrangement. Goods returned need to be properly packed with invoice and description of defect.

If the item requires returning to the manufacturer for testing it may take up to 30 days for a response. Obvious defects will be rectified within 10 days. In the event the goods are found to be faulty they will be replaced free of charge inc of any delivery costs or a refund will be made after consultation. If the goods are found to be damaged buy misuse or fair wear and tear we will contact you to offer a repair or return of your product at the cost of repair and delivery charges. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We charge a flat rate between £1.95 and £5.95 dependant on weight to UK Mainland. These charges are for standard delivery rate and times of 3-5 working days. This will vary dependant on stock  availability, you will be emailed and informed of any delays.

Please note we aim to deliver to you through our carrier on time and exceed your expectations. If for any reason you change your mind and refuse to accept you order please ensure it comes back to us in its original packaging accompanied by your invoice to:
